This prompt asks you to put your current goal on the page, as it actually is right now.

Why this helps
Naming a goal clearly makes you slightly more accountable to yourself, which is the only accountability that lasts. Writing about it also surfaces whether the goal is still really yours, whether it's the right size for this season, and what the next concrete step is — three questions that usually go unasked in the rush of doing.
When to use it
